Bojana Robinson

Bojana (Mišić) Robinson, rojena 1982 v Beogradu, je koreografinja, plesalka in performerka, ki živi v Ljubljani. Ustvarja v polju plesa, performansa, gledališča in zanimajo ju sodelovanja, ki odpirajo horizontalno deljenje praks in znanja.
V avtorskem delu raziskuje strategije uprizarjanja in odkrivanje različnih performativnih mehanizmov za podajanje vprašanj iz intimnega korpusa v javno sfero. Avtorska predstava Oh, how very ordinary (koavtorica Katja Legin), je gostovala na festivalu Mladi levi 2022, Krušče Festival 2022, Desire Central Station Festival 2022 in Gibanica 2023. Avtorska predstva Mašina, je imela premiero 2024 v Cankarjevem domu in gostovanje na Kondenz festivalu v Beogradu.
Kot plesalka je sodelovala v predstavah (izbor) Borisa Čakširana, Rebecce Murgi, Kaje Lorenci, Vite Osojnik, Boštjana Antončiča, Karen Levi, Sebastijana Stariča, Joao da Silva, Milana Kuzaneka, Sanje Tropp Frühwald … V zadnjih letih sodeluje s koreografinjama Snježano Premuš, Andrejo Rauch Podrzavnik in Matejo Bučar. V tem delu se na različne načine ukvarja z načini, kako se somatska praksa manifestira v izvedbeno polje, s principi instantne kompozicije, strukturirane improvizacije in koreografskih skorih kot nosilnih materialov predstav, performansov, inštalacij in z razvijanjem specifičnega plesnega jezika v določenih koreografskih strukturah.
Kot koreografinja in svetovalka za gib je sodelovala v več kot 30 dramskih predstavah za odrasle in otroke v gledališčih v Srbiji in Sloveniji in na celevečernjem filmu Ničije dete Vuka Ršumovića. Ustvarila je sodobno plesno koreografijo za Ansambl Kolo v Beogradu. Leta 2005 je diplomirala na Akademiji za ples v Salzburgu (SEAD) in končala Erasmus program “Dance as integrated in society and humanity” (SEAD in SNDO).

In her artistic work, she explores strategies of staging and discovering various performative mechanisms to bring questions from the intimate sphere into the public domain. Her authorial performance Oh, how very ordinary (co-created with Katja Legin) was presented at the Mladi Levi Festival (2022), Krušče Festival (2022), Desire Central Station Festival (2022), and Gibanica (2023). Her piece Mašina premiered in 2024 at Cankarjev dom and was performed at the Kondenz Festival in Belgrade.

As a choreographer and movement consultant, she has worked on more than 30 theater productions for adults and children in Serbia and Slovenia, as well as on the feature film No One’s Child by Vuk Ršumović. She also created contemporary dance choreography for Ansambl Kolo in Belgrade.
